Psychiatric Evaluations

Having a mental health assessment gives your doctor a picture of the way you think, feel, reason, and remember. The mental health test assesses your emotional well being via a series of questions and an in-depth session for all age groups and matters, including marriage counseling, family counseling, anger, and stress management. As a priority, our professionals will determine if you are at risk of hurting yourself or others. For children, the mental health assessment will be customized to the child’s age and stage of development. Our mental health assessment is designed to:

  • Analyze mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, postnatal depression, eating disorders and psychotic illnesses
  • Differentiate between mental and physical health problems
  • Assess a person referred to because of problems at school, work, or home
  • Medicine For Everyone

The mental well-being is directly connected with your overall physical health. Excessive stress or trauma can leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and hopeless. Leaving these feelings untreated can lead to significant psychological and physical illnesses or behaviors that can become addictive and destructive. It’s just as important to have your mental health checked as it is your physical health. Medications are often utilized at the same time as other forms of treatment, such as counseling, life management skills, and behavioral therapies. Through careful monitoring and on-going counseling, we can find the right medication and treatment plan to improve your mental health.

    Medication Management

Our Medication Management Services are a spectrum of patient-centered, pharmacist provided, collaborative services that focus on medication appropriateness, effectiveness, safety, and adherence to improve health outcomes. With in-home medication management services from Emros Behavioral Healthcare Services LLC, you may not need to make the transition from the comforts of home to an assisted living community, which can be hard on a family. Depending on your parent’s needs, at Emros Behavioral Healthcare Services LLC, a Registered Nurse can come to your home and help administer medications, or we can design them in a way that a caregiver can keep up with the proper plan

    Child Psychotherapy

Our Child psychotherapy program helps children and young people to make sense of sad, angry, painful, or confusing feelings and thoughts. It usually has a beneficial effect on relationships at home and behavior, as children become less preoccupied or better able to concentrate. Most children can then make better use of opportunities at school. Our Child psychotherapists are trained to help children understand feelings that are not possible to speak out loud. Our professional child psychotherapists do this through play, drawing, and talking about events and experiences.
